BharathGymDesk – Account Deletion

If you want to delete your BharathGymDesk account and associated personal data, follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to info@qdev.digital with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered phone number or email address, and your gym / organization name.
- Our team will verify the request with you to confirm you own the account.
- Your account and eligible associated data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
Data Deleted
When your request is completed, the following data is deleted:
- Account and profile information (name, phone number, email address, profile photo).
- Login credentials and active sessions or app tokens.
- Other personal data that is eligible for deletion.
Data Retained
Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate requirements, such as:
- Invoices, payment and billing records.
- Audit and security logs.
Retained data is kept only as long as required and is then securely deleted.
Gym Members
If your gym manages your membership through BharathGymDesk, you may also contact your gym directly. Gyms are responsible for the member information they enter into BharathGymDesk.
